Now that your studies are coming to an end and you are seriously thinking about your future, we have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate with an engineering discipline to join our team on our Graduate Programme.

As an engineering design and manufacturing company, you will have the opportunity to experience all that entails; engineering aspects of mechanical design, 3D modelling, electronic design, application programming, embedded firmware, product test and development and production automation, as well as commercial aspects of technical purchasing, technical sales marketing, and finance. We also see you managing projects and people during your time with us.

Our rotations programme, alongside a placement period is designed to widen your scope, enabling you to prove yourself in different situations and positions, allowing you to gain experience across our whole business.

This will be a varied programme and we are looking for individuals who enjoy being challenged and are comfortable challenging others. Individuals who are creative in finding solutions to problems, coming up with new ideas and understand that failures are all part of the path to success.

In return we will offer you a place on our graduate programme which lasts for two years.
